Library Outreach Worker

A Library Outreach Worker is available at Whitehorse Public Library. The Library Outreach Worker can provide assistance to any library user with things like:

  • Emphatic and supportive listening,
  • Mental wellness support,
  • Accessing social supports and resources to those experiencing challenges, and
  • Connecting patrons to other programs and services in the Community.
     

The Library Outreach Worker is available, Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm, and Saturdays from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
